• The product must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by the printed form (below). Exchanges can only be processed with a completed form. • The product must be in an unused state and in its original packaging with any brand labels still attached. • Should you wish to exchange an item we will charge you postage to send you your exchanged item, even if the item originally qualified for free postage. This does not apply to items being exchanged through our own error.
Refunds: Should you wish to return a non faulty product for a refund, the following applies:
• The product must be returned to us within 7 days, accompanied by the return form (below). Refunds can only be processed with a completed form. • The product must be unused and in its original packaging. • A full refund will be given (less postage/carriage on all items) upon receipt of the goods. This policy includes items/orders that qualified for free postage in the first instance.• Postage will only be refunded by KICKBACK Sports if the error was of our own making, i.e. sending out a different size to that ordered. If you need to confirm this please contact our Customer Service section on 0844 801 1071. • Please note that we do not exchange or refund underwear, cricket abdo guards or mouth guards for hygiene reasons.
Damaged Goods: Please inspect and advise us within 24 hours of receipt if goods are damaged. Our carriers do not accept responsibility for damaged goods beyond this period of time.
Goods Damaged During Use: We will gladly forward goods that have been damaged after use and return them to the manufacturer on your behalf. Their quality control department will establish if the supplier accepts that there is a manufacturing fault, this may incur a postage charge.Please contact our Customer Services Manager on 0844 801 1071 if you would like to discuss this option prior to sending.Please note: (1) KICKBACK SPORTS recommends items are returned by recorded delivery. KICKBACK SPORTS do not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit. (2) We will only handle goods that are in a clean condition. If goods are deemed as unclean, we will send them back to you and charge you the return postage.
